The budget for the Community House is nearly $4,000,000. We have already raised nearly $3m with local fundraising, private donations, pro bono work ($130,000) and grants - from Central Lakes Trust ($1.4million), Otago Community Trust ($700,000), NZ Lotteries Commission ($500,000), Sargood Bequest ($150,000), Alexander MacMillan
Trust ($50,000), and others.
Stonewood Homes is building a house for auction and has pledged $130,000. Tenants have agreed to raise $22,000 for fit outs. Arrow International is doing the build and has pledged a donation of $16,000.
We have $900,000 left to raise. Once we have raised these funds the Comunity House will be financially self-sufficient, with leases covering running costs and maintenance.

We have many projects underway to raise more funds but we are also looking for sponsorship, donations and any other forms of support. We are a registered charity which means that all donations are tax deductible. Potential sponsors can have naming rights and/or choose to contribute to specific parts of the project, (in cash or kind) including the following:
